1) Ask the President for an investigation into the use of prolonged solitary confinement in U.S. prisons - sample email and more information.

2) Ask your Members of Congress to codify a provision in President Obama’s executive order on interrogations that provides the International Committee of the Red Cross with access to all detainee - sample email and more information.

3) Join the "Preventing Torture Everywhere" campaign to urge the President to sign a new treaty to help end torture.
